  • How is Palmetto Offices different from a traditional office lease?
    Unlike most commercial office leasing, we make it easy for our clients to rent just the space they need - adjustments can be made anytime without dealing with set-up costs or long-term contracts. Our building is a brand new construction (completed at the end of 2021) with quality interiors and design. We offer offices of five different sizes, and each office has windows for natural sunlight. Additionally, all building expenses, including utilities and enhanced cleaning, are conveniently included in the all-in-one price for office or co-working desk rentals. From Executive Suites (private offices) and desks in co-working spaces, to conference rooms and virtual offices (mail service), Palmetto Offices has it all in one place. Our flexible lease terms start from daily and month-to-month options, providing options for your business needs.
  • What is included in the cost for all memberships?
    The costs listed on our website constitute a gross lease – therefore all building expenses are covered by Palmetto Offices and the tenant is only responsible for this fixed rent amount. The following are covered in the cost and available to the tenant with no additional charge: Convenient and free parking Communal dining area with refrigerator, microwave and coffee, tea and filtered water Daily cleaned and sanitized bathrooms All furniture including ergonomic and brand-new desks, chairs, and adjustable standing desks Reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi Front desk and administrative support Building access and security controls, including smart locks and surveillance cameras All utilities (water, electricity) and cleaning fees Building costs (incl. property taxes, property insurance, and maintenance) 20 business cards with the new address Mail service Each member will receive a designated key fob at no charge, and need to return the key fob to Palmetto Office when lease term end. The replacement of lost key fob will be billed at $30.00 each. Additional benefits for Private Office rentals: 24/7 access to the building, app enabled smart locks, able to customize and track employee access All private offices are thoughtfully designed to include large windows for natural sun light and can be furnished to occupancy needs.
  • Is there 24/7 access to the building?
    Executive Suite (private office) members can access the building 24/7. Our hours for drop-in, open desk members are M-F, 8am-6pm and Saturdays, 8am-3pm.
  • Can I bring my own furniture?
    Yes, with approval by Palmetto’s staff, tenants can move-in personal furniture during regular business hours.
  • What is the set-up fee?
    The initial set-up fee for Executive Suite membership is $100, a one-time non-refundable charge that covers a background and credit check. Replacement of lost key fobs will be billed at $30.00 each.
  • Can I organize an event for my business at Palmetto?
    Yes, members are welcome to host events with approval from Palmetto’s staff.
  • Does Palmetto Give Referral Rewards?
    Yes, referrer can earn 6% of value of signed lease (maximum to one year), it will be credited to referrer’s rent payment.
  • How Do I Get Notified Of Mail/Package Delivery?
    When mail/package is received, Palmetto’s staff would notify members immediately if any further service needed.
  • How Does Palmetto Keep My Workplace Safe?
    The Palmetto office building has an advanced fire alarm system, with 16 surveillance cameras that cover every corner. Incorporated with the newest technology, the management at Palmetto can track which individuals enter and leave the property with a designated access key.
  • What Are The Rules And Expectations For Palmetto Members?
    Palmetto Offices will not allow any member conducting illegal activities in the building and parking area. Members are also restricted to use Palmetto’s location for non-member visits, such as: retail, medical as well as the children under 15 years old.
  • What Is Palmetto's Refund/Cancellation Policy?
    Palmetto’s members can cancel their membership at any time, but the membership will stay active until the end of current month.
  • Does Palmetto Have A Pet Policy?
    No pet's allowed.
  • What Is The Visitor Policy?
    All visitors need to sign in upon arrival with member’s presence.
