Our offices are move-in ready, with a straightforward and easy sign-up (like checking into a hotel or Airbnb). Private office members are generally able to move-in and start working the following business day!

Unlike traditional office leases, we take care of all associated building expenses, and the fixed monthly rent is the only payment you'll have to think about.
What’s covered?
The WiFi, electricity, water, trash, cleaning, and maintenance are all covered in your rent.
Additionally, utilities and services are set-up and maintained by Palmetto Offices. This means no set-up time and hassle for you, and no worrying about various service provider accounts and balances each month.
Executive Suite office leases also come furnished with brand-new, ergonomic desks and chairs.
In addition to the above, every office lease comes with the following:

That’s why our offices are move-in ready and we don’t require long-term contracts. Our Executive Suite private offices provide flexible month-to-month leasing options along with daily access to private rooms.
Additionally, our workspace has it all: we offer private offices in 4 sizes (from 165sqft to 500sqft), desks in co-working spaces, meeting-ready conference rooms, plentiful parking, and more. This way, you can easily upgrade or adapt as your business changes - with no interruption and added convenience of maintaining one address.
